Refunds, Terms, and Conditions

Refund Policy Overview

Full refunds are offered up to 24 hours before the appointment. If the appointment is cancelled or shifted within 24 hours of the appointment time, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Clients are expected to arrive to the appointment in a timely manner. If the client does not arrive to the appointment on time, he or she will still be billed for the cost of the entire session.

Canceling and Moving Your Appointment

If you wish to cancel or move your appointment, please email us at Contact@TheDrKate.com with a minimum of 24 hours notice.

If you requested a cancellation and are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you are approved to move your appointment, we will reach out to you to reschedule to a date within 3 months of your original appointment. We allow each appointment to be moved a maximum of one time. If further rescheduling is requested, the client will forfeit the cost of the session.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you still have not received your refund after completing the steps above, please contact us at Contact@TheDrKate.com.

Discounts and Sales

Only regular priced sessions may be refunded. Discounted sessions cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange one session for another, please email us at Contact@TheDrKate.com with a minimum of 24 hours prior to your appointment.

For example, if you would like to change the topic of the meeting or convert the session from 1 hour into two, thirty-minute sessions and are approved, we will reach out to you to confirm or reschedule to a date within 3 months of your original appointment. We allow each appointment to be exchanged a maximum of one time. If further exchanges are requested, the client will forfeit the cost of the session.

Gifts

If the session was marked as a gift when purchased and you have requested to cancel your appointment with more than 24 hours notice, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the session(s) purchased.

If the session wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased and you have requested to cancel your appointment with more than 24 hours notice, we will issue a refund to the gift giver and they will learn about your cancellation.

Terms and Conditions of Services

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Service may be discontinued with or without cause at any time.

Client behavior including, but not limited to, harassment and abuse will not be tolerated, and the client will immediately cease to receive services from Dr Kate.

Professional services are intended to improve a client’s communication, soft skills, etc. By accepting Dr. Kate’s services, you understand and agree that Dr. Kate neither guarantees nor is responsible for your achieving a professional or personal milestone like a promotion or new job opportunity.
