Meeting link/location
I booked a virtual meeting. Where is the Microsoft Teams meeting link?
My team will reach out to you via email to provide the link.
I booked an in-person session. Where is the meeting location?
My team will contact you via email to find a public location convenient to you. Most clients prefer to meet at coffee shops, libraries, book stores, or malls.
I want an in-person session. Which cities are eligible for in-person meetings?
I are currently primarily serving Milpitas, San Jose, Santa Clara, Sunnyvale, Campbell, Cupertino, and Mountain View. If your city is not listed here, please feel free to reach out at Contact@TheDrKate.com to get further clarification.
Making and paying for a coaching session
I want to book multiple sessions at the same time. How does it work?
You may reserve multiple sessions at the same time, but you only need to pay for the first one at checkout. A payment link via email will be sent out closer to your next appointment, and you may pay for it at that time. Please note the session must be fully paid within 24 hours of the appointment, or it will be cancelled. Please see my Refunds, Terms, and Conditions Policy for further information.
How far out can I book a coaching call?
I am currently allowing clients to book calls up to 90 days in advance.
I accidentally booked my call for the wrong time or my schedule changed. Can I move my appointment?
The session may be eligible to be moved if the request is made with a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to the session. Please see our Refunds, Terms, and Conditions Policy for further information.
Can I have a refund?
Please see my refund policy. In general, refunds are only granted under extenuating circumstances.
Receiving Emails
I haven’t received an email. When will you email me?
Please check your spam or junk folder for emails from me. I typically respond to session requests and other emails within 24 hours of receiving them.
